Impact Wrestling Bound For Glory 2020: 10 Things That Must Happen

6. Ken Shamrock Loses

While not an entirely terrible rivalry, Eddie Edwards vs. Ken Shamrock has been built solely around 'The World's Most Dangerous Man', with the help of Sami Callihan getting the better of Eddie time after time. The former two-time World Champion is yet to really get any offence in against the Hall of Fame inductee.

That has to change at Bound For Glory.

Not only should Eddie win the match, but he should do so thanks to an accidental distraction from 'The Draw' towards Shamrock. The World's Most Dangerous Tag Team is an oddball pairing to say the least, and although it's been fun to watch them working together, Sami needs to go out on his own.

There's no real incentive to having Ken Shamrock defeat the former Wolves member, other than continuing the story of him reverting back to the Ken of old where he wasted no time in snapping ankles left, right, and centre.

Realistically, an Eddie Edwards win solves far more issues than you realise. Eddie wins, Sami and Ken go their separate ways as a result of the botched interference, we get Sami as a true singles performer, and both men can move on to bigger things. It's a win-win situation.
