IMPACT Wrestling Morale SURGING After Recent Successes

IMPACT's moment keeps rolling after TNA announcement and successful UK tour.

IMPACT Wrestling appears to be in a great place coming out of a highly-successful tour of the United Kingdom and the recent announcement that as of January, it will return to its TNA monicker.

PWInsider's Mike Johnson reports that last week's UK tour received "rave reviews", with shows playing out in packed-out buildings. "TNA" chants were everywhere, which, in the company's eyes, was a sign that the TNA name meant more to overseas fans. This was amongst the promotion's reasons for becoming Total Nonstop Action once more.

One IMPACT wrestler commented that morale was currently at its highest point since they'd joined the promotion, and was the best it's been in many years. Internally, there is a lot of excitement about 2024, with TNA set to return with a new studio in January.

WhatCulture's own Simon Miller wrestles Joe Hendry on IMPACT's Turning Point 2023 pay-per-view. Recorded last week in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England, it airs tonight.

IMPACT's UK tour also encompassed shows in Glasgow, Scotland, and Coventry, England.

IMPACT formally announced TNA's impending return during last month's Bound For Glory 2023 pay-per-view. The promotion will be rebranded as of Hard to Kill on 13 January.
