Becky Lynch was injured earlier this week, suffering what she described as a "fractured voice box" while defending her Raw Women's Title in a Triple Threat on a 6 March house show.

Becky, being Becky, pointed a blameful in-character finger at Bianca Belair:-

Unfortunately I will not be at #WWERaw tonight. Not only did Bianca whip me mercilessly with the illegal weapon that is her hair last week, but last night in the main event of #WWEAllentown she tried to take away my biggest weapon, the spoken word, by fracturing my voice box. She can’t keep me down that easily. I’ll be coming for her next week. You can’t spell Wrestlemania without I!!!!!

It was later confirmed that the injury was legitimate but should only leave the Raw Women's Champion sidelined for two weeks. If all went to plan, she'd be good to go by WrestleMania 38, where she is due to defend her belt against Belair.

Now, Dave Meltzer writes in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Becky will be back on WWE television next week after missing the latest episode of Raw. There is currently no indication that she has been cleared to return to the ring, however.

Lynch vs. Belair will take place on WrestleMania 38's first night (2 April), going down on the same show as SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair vs. Ronda Rousey.
