Is THIS WWE Star About To Get His First Name Back?

Social media speculation is rife...

Twitter is talking about the possibility of Murphy getting his first name back.

Most of the speculation stems from the fact that the WWE star recently changed his display name back to Buddy Murphy. Some believe he wouldn't bother doing that unless the company had instructed him to, which is a fair point.

It wouldn't make sense for the SmackDown star, who is in the midst of a decent push, to needlessly rebel against the system by re-introducing his old forename. This could be a sneaky hint that Murphy will vanquish Seth Rollins on Friday's show and then return to his roots.

Buddy is back, baby! Well, maybe.

Rollins is currently scheduled to take some time off soon anyway. Recent reports indicate he'll take a sabbatical to help Becky Lynch deal with the couple's (soon-to-be) newborn baby. Therefore, the logical play would be having him job to Buddy on the way out.

Then, Murphy can either stick with Aalyah Mysterio, or reveal himself to be a no-good rotten sort who only used her so he could get close to Rey and Dominik.

Do you think WWE should give Murphy back his first name? Or, do you think some on social media are reading too much into this?
