Is WWE Returnee Bray Wyatt About To Feud With...Himself?!

Bray Wyatt vs. Bray Wyatt could be incoming, people. WWE might make it happen!

WWE seemed to tease that Bray Wyatt will battle his own inner demons during Friday's SmackDown.

Wyatt closed the episode with a heartfelt promo, then the masked figure that's been spotted in several vignettes showed up to threaten that Bray's future is bleak. This, if it goes the way some fans online think it will, could be the next chapter in doppelgänger warfare for WWE.

Previously, the company had The Undertaker battle a fake version of himself at SummerSlam 1994. Kane also battled his long-haired past during a memorably bad storyline heading into Vengeance 2006. So, is this WWE's plan for Wyatt after all?

It's possible that Bo Dallas could return as the masked man/'Fiend' and wrestle Bray on pay-per-view. That's one option, but so is a barmy cinematic scene that'd effectively see Wyatt fight a mirror image of himself. If that sounds ridiculous, then please fire up WWE Network/Peacock and watch some of the stuff Bray did before.

Nothing is off limits for this character. Nothing.

Fans will know an actual match is upcoming if the masked demon appears live in person. If not, then this is just a short-term distraction designed to reset Wyatt's character.
