Jade Cargill's First WWE Match Teased On Latest SmackDown

It'd be HUGE if WWE booked this match as Jade Cargill's first for the promotion.

WWE teased a match between recent debutant Jade Cargill and top star Charlotte Flair on this week's edition of SmackDown.

Charlotte was in new brand GM Nick Aldis' office, and grinned from ear to ear upon learning she'd get a WWE Women's Title bout vs. reigning champ IYO SKY on next week's show. When leaving, Flair's smile faded as she bumped into former AEW standout Jade.

Triple H even popped his head into frame and introduced both women to one another. In a cool moment, Charlotte acknowledged that she knew all about Cargill. The pair then exchanged another smile before going their separate ways.

Some on Twitter/X already believe Jade will be Flair's first opponent when Charlotte vanquishes IYO to become the new champion. It's a little too soon to be predicting that sort of thing, but one thing is for certain: WWE's writers planted some seeds by scripting a face to face staredown between Cargill and Flair on SmackDown.

Jade has been treated like a mega-star since signing on the dotted line with WWE, but she hasn't worked a match yet. Could Charlotte Flair be first in line, or will Trips make fans wait?
