Jake "The Snake" Roberts To Be Released From Hospital

Jake's condition continues to improve and he will be moved out of the ICU soon.

News continues to pour in regarding Jake €œThe Snake€ Roberts and his recent health issues. Luckily, most of the latest reports have been relatively good and note Jake€™s improvements. Further reports have now come in that Roberts€™ health continues to be on the up-and-up and he may be leaving the hospital soon. It was initially reported earlier in the week that Jake had been placed on a ventilator, as he was having some trouble breathing due to his double pneumonia. However, Roberts improved very quickly and has since been taken off of the device. Furthermore, it€™s being said that Roberts will be moved out of the Intensive Care Unit soon, and will simply stay at the hospital so doctors can continue to observe him and his condition. According to Sinn Bodhi -- formerly known as Kizarny in WWE -- Jake could be out of the hospital entirely in just a few days€™ time. It€™s a likely outcome, considering Jake€™s continually and somewhat rapidly improving condition. Bodhi noted that when Roberts is eventually discharged from the hospital, he will remain in Las Vegas with Bodhi for a period of time. The continued reports of Jake Roberts€™ improvement is obviously good news. However, one concern, that has not been mentioned much since the initial reports, is the supposed mass found on Roberts€™ brain. Bodhi told a CBS affiliate in Washington D.C. that doctors likely believe the mass is simply a leftover wound from Jake€™s years of wrestling. However, they will not be able to perform tests on it until the pneumonia is fully cleared up. Jake is surely hoping to be done with this ordeal soon, and likely looking to get out of the hospital. After staying in Las Vegas, under Bodhi€™s care, there are plans to transport Jake back to his home in Atlanta, Georgia. It€™s unclear at this time if Roberts will travel by car or plane, as there is some concern in regard to him flying since it€™s believed the elevation played a role in worsening his condition. Jake admits that he had been feeling under the weather prior to flying and had been diagnosed with the flu a few weeks prior. Regardless, Bodhi and Jake€™s close friend, Diamond Dallas Page, will surely find a way to get €œThe Snake€ home.
