Jim Johnston’s 20 Greatest WWE Creations

1. The Undertaker - Rest In Peace

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bzwADJqf_Ok No WWE Superstar entrance has been more grandiose, more ominous, or more dramatic than that of the Undertaker. Despite going through numerous different theme songs over his career, including both an entire new gimmick in the American Badass and the aforementioned Ministry theme, it is his most recent theme, €˜Rest In Peace€™ that is the greatest entrance theme that Jim Johnston ever created. It doesn€™t matter who is in the ring; as soon as that ominous gong is heard, the crowd knows exactly who is about to appear. The subsequent funeral dirge, accompanies by dark lighting and ominous smoke, makes the Undertaker€™s entrance just as important as his matches. A big part of the Undertaker€™s mystique came from his entrance; no one ever attacked him during his entrance or as his music played because he had that air of the supernatural. Truly, as the announcers have said time and again, there is no entrance as mesmerizing as the Undertaker€™s.
