Jim Johnston’s 20 Greatest WWE Creations

15. Rikishi/Too Cool - You Look Fly 2 Day

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TtZzm0xWAxo Long before we had Brodus Clay and the Funkadactyls, there was a dancing fat man that the fans actually enjoyed watching: Rikishi. Prior to his failure of a heel run, Rikishi often teamed with Scotty 2 Hotty and Grandmaster Sexay (Too Cool), and performed post-match dancing routines to this theme, which was incredibly popular with the fans. Following the €˜dancing€™ theme, €˜U Look Fly 2 Day€™ takes a simple hip hop-style beat and a few drums to make it something easy and fun to dance to. This, coupled with Scotty doing the Worm, was the perfect combination. Truly, Jim Johnston struck gold with this theme, as it helped Too Cool become an incredibly popular mid-card gimmick that proved that even dancing has a place on WWF programming€that is, until they killed it with Tons of Funk.
