Kofi Kingston says he has no regrets about that stunt-gone-wrong in last Saturday's Royal Rumble match.

The New Day man posted a lengthy recap on Instagram, and revealed that he's been inundated with feedback from fans like, 'Why would you even try that?' and, 'Why would you think that was even possible?'. According to Kofi, the risk would've been worth the reward.

Kingston memorably smashed his ribs on the safety barricade at ringside after being shoved from the top turnbuckle by Kevin Owens - both of his feet touched the arena floor, which meant Kofi was eliminated earlier-than-planned from the Rumble.

It was a bit of a bummer.

Ever-upbeat, Kingston decided to try and turn this into a lesson. He encouraged everybody to "look within and learn about yourself". Then, he went on to say that such moments could be considered "castles of success [that] are built in part from keystones of failure".

Kofi has pulled off several similar Rumble escapes over the years. Michael Cole even hyped up his latest before it happened, but then things went wrong. Amazingly, Kingston is taking it in his stride despite the obvious embarrassment.
