The latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio discussed whether or not The Rock will be in the house for next spring's WrestleMania 41 weekender in Las Vegas. According to Dave Meltzer, WWE's plans are currently up in the air on that.

Meltzer said Rocky isn't on early booking sheets for either night.

Of course, Dwayne Johnson's Hollywood schedule previously froze him out of a rumoured match vs. Roman Reigns at 'Mania 39. He did, however, play a major role in this year's WrestleMania 40. Rock worked a tag-team main event on night one, then got involved in the much-anticipated Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes rematch on night two.

The Observer chief claims one of his sources told him some backstage with "old school mentalities" think it would've been best if Rocky hadn't shown up at Bad Blood at all. Those folks reckon he stole some thunder from full-timers, which wouldn't be proper if he's going to skip 'Mania.

Meltzer suggests WWE and Triple H would give The Rock up until Royal Rumble to make up his mind. That seems rather late considering the Rumble happens in February, not January.

Stay tuned for more on this developing story when it breaks. Will Rock even be at WrestleMania?! It seems weird to imagine The Bloodline story finishing without him.
