Following plentiful speculation, Liv Morgan made her surprise WWE return at last night's Survivor Series: WarGames.

Having been out of action for nearly five months, Liv made her return as Dominik Mysterio challenged John Cena for the Intercontinental Championship.

That match saw a whole bunch of interference from the Judgment Day - including Raquel Rodriguez hitting a Tejana Bomb on Cena, and Roxanne Perez hitting him with the Pop Rox - Morgan's music hit as Big Match John looked to have the bout won. After running down to the ring, Liv stared at Dominik before then slapping Daddy Dom across the face to a major reaction from the San Diego crowd.

Liv Morgan then turned her attention to John Cena, jumping into Cena's arms. However, that proved to be a ruse, with a tight camera shot showing a maniacal look on Liv's face, and she then kicked Cena below the belt. A title shot to Cena followed, with Mysterio landing a 619 and a frog splash to get the 1-2-3 in the final ever PLE match of John Cena's legendary career - making Dirty Dom a two-time Intercontinental Champion.

Elsewhere at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2025, Stephanie Vaquer retained her Women's World Championship against Nikki Bella, AJ Lee won the women's WarGames match for her team as she tapped out Becky Lynch, and the main event saw the men's WarGames match end with Bron Breakker pinning CM Punk following interference from a mystery attacker.
