Lucha Underground's 34 Wrestlers - Ranked From Worst To Best

17. The Crenshaw Crew

Pros: - The most consistent heel threat on the show - Extremely good team chemistry - Much more effective and brutal than most villainous henchmen Cons: - Often get distracted by their own cruelty - They get passed around a lot - One of them was literally killed onscreen Cortez Castro, Mr. Cisco and Bael have been the most consistent threat to the babyfaces of Lucha Underground since episode one, and they're not afraid to switch allegiances when it benefits them. They originally backed Big Ryck before switching to Dario Cueto, who subsequently bequeathed them to Chavo Guerrero. And, uh, Blue Démon. They get around is my point. It's refreshing to see heel enforcers that can actually -- if only occasionally -- defeat our heroes. Compared with Jamie Noble and Joey Mercury they're the Steiner Brothers, but they've lost to the faces exactly as much as they've won, which is why Bael got his face smashed in by Dario Cueto's deformed cage monster brother and died. Lucha Underground is kind of an intense show, if you hadn't noticed. Final Rating: ****
