Lucha Underground's 34 Wrestlers - Ranked From Worst To Best
8. King Cuerno
Pros: - Owner of the most over signature move in Lucha Underground - Possibly the best character work in LU - Comes to the ring wearing a deer he killed, presumably with his bare hands Cons: - Rarely seems to collect his supposed trophies - Has come up short against top-shelf competition - Got rocked like a cranky baby by Hernandez King Cuerno is a big game hunting luchador, a niche I can't believe it's taken this long to fill, given how utterly infested the sport is with dragons, tigers and other fierce creatures. Why not throw in a deranged big game Hunter trying to scalp then or steal their masks or whatever? He's also the man behind LU's single biggest crowd-pleasing maneuver, the Arrow from the Depths of Hell. First performing a flawless Monty Burns Iroqois Twist, Cuerno then hits the ropes and -- somehow -- leaps through the middle ropes and travels hallway up the ramp to strike a fleeing opponent. He's like Raiden doing the SAYU-MAMMA-RAY thing. It's the Cesaro Swing of Lucha Underground, and I mean that in the best possible way. Final Rating: ****1/2
