Lucha Underground's 34 Wrestlers - Ranked From Worst To Best

5. Prince Puma

Pros: - Inaugural Lucha Underground champion - Defeated all comers for the better part of a year - Can throw a 630° splash Cons: - Has taken a number of non-title losses - Has had trouble tempering his unbridled athleticism with experience and skill - Relied heavily on Konnan Prince Puma is the inaugural, reigning and defending champion of Lucha Underground, and he's functionally the face of the company. He won the title in January and has been turning away challengers ever since, putting away Johnny Mundo, Fénix, Drago, Hernandez and about a dozen others. Through all his defenses, he's proven exemplary at forging a connection with the audience, despite the fact that he's yet to speak a single word. Under the mask is indy standout Ricochet, possibly the flippiest wrestler on the planet. He throws 450° splashes as transitional moves, because he's reached some heretofore unknown level of high-flying skill and can throw in an additional 180°. While that maneuver proved absolutely bulletproof for his entire championship reign, it was not enough to put away Mil Muertes, and Puma ended Ultima Lucha as the first-ever former Lucha Underground champion. Final Rating: ****3/4
