Lucha Underground's 34 Wrestlers - Ranked From Worst To Best

4. Johnny Mundo

Pros: - Winner of Tough Enough season one - Former intercontinental, ECW and tag team champion in WWE - Doing the best heel work of his career Cons: - Still hasn't won a promotion's major championship - Still struggles with promos - Somewhat overshadowed by the arrival of Alberto El Patrón Johnny Mundo, AKA WWE's John Morrison, has been quietly doing the best work of his career within the Temple's walls. In WWE, Mundo's work always seemed disjointed, but in retrospect that probably had more to do with the standard of competition he faced there. Mundo's a complete one-off when it comes to movement, whereas guys like the Miz are trained to wrestle a second, hypothetical Miz. When Mundo doesn't have to slow down every twenty seconds so Ted DiBiase can grab a chinlock and suck wind, he's an absolute marvel. Over the course of season one, Johnny's also embrace his long-neglected dark side. He came in to LU as a babyface, because that's how he left WWE, but come on. He's this ridiculous Adonis with rock star hair and a chinchilla coat that stars in straight-to-DVD films about wrestling dogs. At this point, he's the best possible version of himself, and also the best possible version of the Miz. Final Rating: ****3/4
