While last night's WWE Raw saw Ricochet seemingly written off TV as he gets set to depart the company when his contract expires this summer, one other WWE talent whose contract status has been in the news lately is Chad Gable.
As per Mike Johnson at PWInsider, it currently appears that Gable will be staying with WWE.
The American Alpha man's WWE deal actually expired this past Friday, and WWE reportedly made a "strong" offer for Gable to remain with the market leader. PWInsider notes that WWE and Chad Gable are either very close to reaching an agreement or that agreement has already been reached. Regardless, the main feeling here is that Gable will indeed be staying with WWE.

For those wondering, certain key figures in AEW were pushing for the Olympian to become #AllElite, although Tony Khan's promotion obviously couldn't make any offer until Chad's contract expired on Friday.
Of course, Chad Gable is due to challenge Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship at Clash at the Castle on Saturday, with Gable presently receiving the biggest push of his career.
