Mercedes Moné is done with AEW. Well, at least for now.

Last night's AEW Collision featured a video from the CEO, where she announced that she's taking a break from AEW.

As Mercedes explained, she's tired of the disrespect towards her, and she's teaching the women's division - or "bitches", as Moné put it - a lesson by going on hiatus. But when the former AEW TBS Champion returns, she's coming to collect more than just titles.

This all continues the downward spiral of Mercedes Moné, following in the aftermath of losing the AEW TBS Title to Willow Nightingale, losing the ROH Women's TV Title to Red Velvet, losing the RevPro Undisputed Women's Title to Alex Windsor, and coming up short against the Babes of Wrath for the AEW Women's Tag Team Titles at Worlds End last month.

As for how long Mercedes will be gone from AEW TV, that remains to be seen. Right now, there's no word on how long Moné is expected to be away from the ring.

Regardless of recent losses, the Blueprint is still the CMLL Women's Champion, the WPW Women's Champion, the EWA Women's Champion, the BODYSLAM Women's Champion, the Discovery Wrestling Women's Champion, the Prime Time Wrestling Women's Champion, the Bestya Women's Champion, the APAC Women's Champion, and is the most recent winner of the women's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament; a tournament that gives the winner a championship belt, but not a championship belt that's defended.
