The Salt of the Earth took no prisoners when handed a mic on last night's AEW Dynamite.

Maxwell Jacob Friedman delivered a passionate and highly explosive promo during his highly anticipated mic time on last night's AEW Dynamite.

With this being MJF's first appearance since being utterly destroyed by Wardlow at Double or Nothing 2022 on the back of no-showing a Fan-Fest appearance and reportedly almost hopping on a plane home before the PPV this weekend, it's safe to say fans were intrigued as to what words would tumble out of his mouth.

Not wasting any time at all, The Salt of the Earth proceeded to un-scarf and speak only as "Maxwell Friedman" as he brushed over his painful loss to his former employee. Highlighting how Tony Khan was entertaining in front of WarnerMedia Discovery executives who were watching on in the arena last night, MJF would then take things up a notch in claiming it was too late for the meeting TK had been angling to have with his star.

Erupting into a fit of focused rage, the AEW Original exclaimed that he receives minimal respect for the substantial numbers he generates for The Land of All Elite and for carrying the company on his back in recent times. And then, as Justin Roberts would put it, sh*t hit the fan.

Upon blasting the fans for taking him for granted, MJF turned his attention to his "big man" boss Tony Khan, pondering why TK is unwilling to put his hand in his pocket for the young sensation but is still all too eager to shell out the big bucks for former WWE talent. The star even questioned if the AEW President would like him better if he used to work for Vince McMahon's promotion.

And then, after claiming Khan shouldn't have the power to run AEW and should instead take up his rightful place on the other side of the barricade, MJF unleashed a tirade of F-bombs directed at his boss as he requested for "f***ing mark" Khan to fire him before his deal expires in 2024.

Sure enough, his mic was promptly cut out mid-explicit-conclusion, but the message had already been well and truly sent.

AEW have avoided posting said segment on their Twitter account and have made little attempt to promote the jaw-dropping promo in the time since it was unleashed.

Brilliantly blurring the lines between fact and fiction throughout, it's safe to say that the summer of MJF looks set to be a can't miss moment in wrestling history.
