Life on the road as a wrestler is tough. Trawling from one show to the next whilst enduring a punishing schedule spent in grotty motels devoid of the comforts of home life would get to anybody pretty quickly. This misery was magnified ten times with Mr. Fuji along for the ride.

After arriving in a completely alien town following the rigours of the road, the last thing most journeymen want to endure is the hassle of renting a car. But spare a thought for poor Bobby Eaton, who once alighted in a new environment only to find the engine of his hire vehicle had been completely removed.

The perpetrator? None other than Fuji, who allegedly outlayed $1000 of his own cash to pull the prank. Talk about dedication to your art.

For most of wrestler's great ribbers, this story would likely top the list of their greatest hits. But it's listed near the foot of Fuji's. What does that tell you?

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
