With AEW Dynasty now in the books, this latest AEW PPV saw several championships change hands.

In the main event spot, Swerve Strickland finally managed to get the better of Samoa Joe, nailing the Swerve Stomp to get the 1-2-3 and become the new AEW World Champion. Streamers rained down as an emotional Strickland celebrated with Prince Nana and fans at ringside.

Going on second-to-last, it was the Young Bucks vs. FTR for the vacant AEW Tag Team Titles. As many had predicted, a returning Jack Perry helped the Jacksons get the win, entering the ring under a Sting mask and shoving Dax Harwood off a ladder. From there, Nicholas Jackson was able to climb up and grab the belts to become three-time AEW Tag Team Champions.

Elsewhere, Chris Jericho defeated HOOK to become the new FTW Champion. Amidst chants of "Please retire", Jericho picked up the victory after a low blow, several Judas Effects, and a baseball bat shot to the face. Earlier in the night, Willow Nightingale picked up a fairly straightforward, six-minute win over Julia Hart, hitting the Doctor Bomb to score the victory and win the TBS Championship. On the Zero Hour Pre-Show, it was Bullet Club Gold defeating the Acclaimed and Daddy Ass to unify the ROH Six-Man Titles and the AEW Trios Titles.

In other non-title-change matches, Toni Storm retained her AEW Women's Championship against Thunder Rosa after hitting a low blow and the Storm Zero, Roderick Strong is still the International Champion after beating Kyle O'Reilly with the End of Heartache, and Kazuchika Okada held onto his Continental Championship after putting PAC down with the Rainmaker.

Rounding out the Dynasty card, Will Ospreay defeated Bryan Danielson in the match of the night and what could well end up being the match of the year, the House of Black bested Adam Copeland, Eddie Kingston, and Mark Briscoe, and the Zero Hour had Orange Cassidy and Katsuyori Shibata beat Shane Taylor and Lee Moriarty, and Trent Beretta tapped out Matt Sydal.
