Netflix's GLOW: 9 Wrestler Cameos You Need To See
2. Brooke Hogan
After one big Hulk Hogan reference early on in the show, his daughter turns up for a short appearance later, complete with quite stunning back-combed hair as the owner of a venue considered to host GLOW . Oddly, she's uncredited.
Interestingly, Brooke spoke at GLOW's premiere about putting on her own women's wrestling show:
...we’re ... jumping on this female movement, and doing a real female league with fantastic athletes and a wonderful show.
We’ve got a roster of 40-plus women, so there’s some really incredible talent that we’ve got.
We’re already looking at tour dates in September, so it’s moving really quickly. [It’s actually happening] faster than I am ready for, but, hey, hang on for the ride.
She also stated in the interview her roster are working with Johnny Cafarella, who was a host and producer for the original GLOW. So this could be a good launch-pad for her to take advantage of.
