4. NXT Tag Titles: The Authors Of Pain (c) Vs. Sanity

Result: Wolfe and Young nail a double neckbreaker on Razar to win the straps (12:00).

Rating: This was a rock solid tag bout that paled compared to NXT's more recent memorable tag matches, but was still a totally entertaining showcase for all.

Alexander Wolfe in particular was fantastic here after hanging in the periphery for so long, and Nikki Cross deserves praise for taking such a hellacious bump mid-match when she tried to Freebird it.

Everyone got time to shine and it was booked for maximum mayhem, which made the rather surprising Sanity victory totally believable. Not elegant or graceful in the least, but it didn't need to be (and probably shouldn't have been).

Hopefully the Authors won't take a backseat now, though, because since their debut they've gone from looking like a generic hoss tag team to proving themselves beyond any and all doubt. 7/10
