With the WWE main roster and NXT set for a big few days in Tampa, Florida, the final leg of those days has run into a bit of a problem.

For those unaware, Tampa's Yuengling Center was scheduled to host Saturday Night's Main Event this Saturday, NXT Battleground on Sunday, WWE Raw on Monday, and an NXT episode on Tuesday. Now, though, those Tuesday plans have been changed.

As initially reported by WrestleTix, NXT at the Yuengling Center has been cancelled due to poor ticket sales. While Saturday Night's Main Event and Raw are nearly sold out, and NXT Battleground has shipped around 6,000 tickets, Tuesday's NXT event had only sold approximately 1,700 tickets before it was cancelled.

Since then, PWInsider has an update that next week's NXT will instead take place from its regular home of the WWE Performance Center.

NXT Battleground 2025 Preview

While the next NXT episode won't be taking place from the Yuengling Center, NXT Battleground will, and that special is shaping up to be a fairly stacked show.

For the NXT Championship, Oba Femi defends his gold against the No Quarter Catch Crew's Myles Borne, while NXT Women's Champion Stephanie Vaquer puts her title up against the powerful Jordynne Grace. In other championship action, Kelani Jordan is looking to become a two-time NXT Women's North American Champion as she tries to dethrone Sol Ruca, and then there's the small matter of the TNA World Championship being defended as Joe Hendry faces Trick Williams.

Rounding out the Battleground card, former friends go to war as Tony D'Angelo faces Channing 'Stacks' Lorenzo, and we also have the NXT Tag Team Champions Hank and Tank teaming with Josh Briggs to tackle the Culling's Shawn Spears, Brooks Jensen, and Niko Vance.
