One Iconic Moment For Every Year Of The Undertaker's WWE Career

15. 2006 - Royal Rumble Return

However, this one comes close.

The 2006 Royal Rumble wasn't headlined by the Rumble match itself, but by a rather bizarre match between Kurt Angle and Mark Henry for the World Heavyweight Championship. Angle retained and began to celebrate, but, once again, his good times were cut short.

In 2000, 'Taker famously made an entrance riding on a steel horse. Six years later, he made his comeback on an actual horse, as he was pulled out to the arena by a horse-drawn chariot.

If this wasn't enough already, 'Taker took his showboating to the next level by using full-on superpowers to destroy the ring.

He cast lightning bolts from his hands to send sparks raining down on Angle. Then, four more lightning bolts came down from the ceiling and struck the turnbuckles. The ring collapsed under the weight of 'Taker's magic, leaving Angle shaken both physically and mentally.

This would set up 'Taker vs. Kurt Angle for the World Heavyweight Championship at next month's No Way Out, which itself led to 'Taker defending his streak against Mark Henry at WrestleMania 22.

Not quite the pay-off we wanted, but still a great moment.
