Drew Gulak is the only American competitor taking part in this UK Tournament. WWE has shown a willingness to pit the UK Champion against Stateside competitors, such as in the recent feud between Pete Dunne and Roderick Strong, which later led to the duo joining forces to take part in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. Gulak has been an established part of the 205 Live roster ever since the show first started and has showed even more aggression than usual in recent weeks.

Gulak will work against Jack Gallagher in the first round of the tournament in a bout that could go either way. Their clash is going to be a masterful battle between two technical behemoths, with the winner likely going on to another technical display against submission specialist Zack Gibson in the quarter finals.

If WWE is looking to add some star power to this tournament, then a Gulak run could be the key to that. Otherwise, he's there to give the rub to a British competitor.
