5. Seth Rollins

As an unabashed Seth Rollins mark, I would prefer to be able to rank him much higher on this list but I must remain true to my integrity and place him where I feel he belongs.

When Seth came back from injury he was absolutely on fire and was in the perfect position to step into the role of lead babyface on the flasghip show. Between his crowd-pleasing wrestling style, the WWE 24 documentary detailing his hard work to make it to back to the ring, and the fact that the main event scene desperately missed him all the pieces were in place for the triumphant return we all anticipated.

Instead WWE opted to go another direction and keep Rollins as a heel. While it didn't make sense then and makes even less now, what's done is done and we have to go with what we've been given. But the fact remains that the audience is dying to cheer for the guy and WWE, despite booking him against heels, doesn't seem to want to go all in on him as the hero.

He's still sucking up to Stephanie, still butting heads with fan favourites like Mick Foley and still prancing around like a whiny brat. Even following his run-in during the Kevin Owens/Roman Reigns cage match he went out of his way to tweet that he was only looking out for himself and his sole focus is on winning the Universal championship.

This week's match with Rusev was good enough considering the two have very little ring time together, and his promos have been acceptable, but Seth Rollins should be lighting Raw on fire right now, and while he's been one of the brightest spots on a show that is paling in comparison to it's blue brother, he could and should be doing so much more.
