Predicting 10 Highest WWE Earners In 2016

9. The New Day

Another new entry that didn’t feature on Forbes’ list, but one that really couldn’t be ignored given the exceptional year this faction has enjoyed.

Over the course of the past few months, the New Day have been ever-present as your Tag Team Champions, to the point that just this past week they set the record for the longest reign in history. And that run included a mega moment at WrestleMania when they briefly crossed paths with some of the biggest names of all time in Mick Foley, Shawn Michaels, and Stone Cold Steve Austin.

But not only that, they’ve also managed to get themselves incredibly over—more over than anyone could have realistically dreamed of when they first debuted their Power of Positivity shtick.

And as such, they’ve got a ridiculous catalogue of merchandise available. T-shirts, unicorn horns, New Day socks, and now of course their Booty-Os cereal; you name it, the WWE probably sells it under the banner of the New Day.

All of that should bring the trio a fair amount of cash. Plus, if we’re going to go free-bird style on this one, as a combined unit the New Day must have earned enough to have scored a spot on this list.
