The last of the four women who reported to the WWE Performance Center on January 4 this year, Kimber Lee was arguably the most anticipated of the quartet. The 26 year old from Seattle was trained by Drew Gulak and CZW, but it was in CHIKARA that she made her name.

Billed as Princess Kimber Lee, she became the first female winner of the CHIKARA Grand Championship when she pinned Hallowicked at the 2015 season finale. In doing so, Kimber Lee actually became the first female holder of a top-tier title in a non-female promotion.

Even before defeating Hallowicked, Kimber Lee had long been touted as an eventual WWE signee. Is a place in the Mae Young Classic inevitable? It should be.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
