4. Rhea Ripley
Rhea Ripley has had one of the best-managed builds in WWE history on her road to the gold in 2019. Everything from her early battles after moving from NXT UK to the main NXT roster, to her clean defeat of Charlotte Flair on SmackDown, to that incredibly unbalanced War Games match and her subsequent Survivor Series showing the next night built her as a star. And then that star plucked the gold and black brand's top prize just a month later.
That rise has built some main roster rivalries for the Aussie already, and these could easily be played into for some added drama in the Rumble match. Sasha went down controversially in Survivor Series, and Charlotte will be looking to stay the top powerhouse in the division. Then there's Shayna, who will be looking for payback against The Nightmare too.
At only 23 years old, Rhea is at such a stage in her career that she doesn't actually need the Royal Rumble match, but with so much storytelling potential it would be a waste not to include her.
