6. Heavy Machinery

If Riddick Moss is unsure about his future chances in developmental, he should look no further than Tucker Knight. The big man from Oregon joined WWE in 2013 and has bounced around tag teams ever since, forming duos with Hugo Knox, Tino Sabbatelli, Elias Samson, and others. Tucker seemed to be destined to form aimless tag teams for the rest of his career.

Enter Otis Dozovic. The weirdly charismatic former Olympic prospect has seemingly rejuvenated Knight’s career, with the two coming together as Heavy Machinery in the summer of 2016. The duo’s antics have made them extremely popular with the NXT Universe, and their future seems brighter all the time.

Vince McMahon loves him some big guys who like to have fun, and that is exactly how Heavy Machinery have been presented to date. They continue to pick up wins on NXT TV too, making it clear that they are a step above the Moss & Sabbatelli’s of this world. A quarter final spot beckons for the big boys.

Prediction: Quarter Finals

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
