Why There: Some on X are already touting Shelton Benjamin for a spot in AEW's Blackpool Combat Club. Would it make much sense considering the William Regal origins of the group? No, not really, but don't rule it out. Besides, Shelty B has a lot of knowledge to drop on a hungry young roster of wrestlers.
All Elite has that.
Benjamin remains in terrific physical shape, and would surely relish the chance to double dip matches on AEW TV with learning the ropes as an agent behind the curtain. In time, he could become as important as vets like Dean Malenko or Jerry Lynn.
