Predicting The Future Of Every Released WWE Wrestler

13. Katrina Cortez

Promotion: AEW

Why There: Matches against the likes of Sarray, Xia Li and Asuka (as the short-lived Carolina/Catalina character) proved that Cortez can go. Has AEW's female division started to beef out over the past 18 months or so? Absolutely, but that's not to say that Katrina couldn't start on Dark and work her way up the food chain.

She deserves that chance.

WWE certainly weren't going to give Cortez meaningful opportunities. They flirted with a push on Raw for one whole week, then relegated the masked lass back down to lower-tier shows like 205 Live. AEW might be a better place for her if they're willing to take a punt here.
