Predicting The Future Of WWE In 10 Wrestlers

3. Velveteen Dream

Velveteen Dream
WWE

Age: 24

What They're Doing Now: It's almost disgusting that Velveteen Dream has this much talent, poise, confidence and charisma at just 24 years of age. He won't be hindered by the back injury that currently has him benched. Once Dream is back, he'll resume his relentless romp through anything WWE have planned like it's second nature.

The Future: Velveteen's message to Vince McMahon last summer ("Call Me Up, Vince") said it all. Dream is exactly that for WWE. He's young, has taken to an occasionally outlandish character better than most in recent history, can work his balls off against anyone and is surely a World Champ in waiting. McMahon's company are blessed to have him, and they should seriously consider him for bigger things upon his return.

The big challenge for WWE now is ensuring that Velveteen is kept content by a string of world class opponents, angles that let him breathe some of his quirky creativity and making sure his contract is ironclad. Do all that and he'll become a legend within the next decade or so.

No doubts.
