Adam Pacitti may have somewhat ironically posted a picture on Instagram recently of Mojo Rawley holding the WWE Championship, but the joke may soon be on those not yet on the hype train. Mojo has routinely featured on the 'soon to be released' lists of many fans, but his stature only seems to grow and grow on WWE TV.

Mojo won the 2017 edition of the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, and is clearly going to be around for a good while yet. The mainstream media attention WWE gets from Mojo's relationship with NFL superstar Rob Gronkowski can't be ignored either. Gronkowski celebrating a championship win by the side of his good friend would be big for WWE - will they be able to resist the temptation?

It is also easy to forget that Mojo and Zack Ryder were number one contenders to the tag titles when Zack picked up an injury. Mojo Rawley's career is only going upwards right now, and championship gold may well be an integral part of his future.

Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
