Predicting The Next 10 WWE PPV Main Events

5. WrestleMania 32: Triple H vs. The Rock (w/Stephanie McMahon Helmsley & Ronda Rousey In Each Corner)

€ and suddenly we have the members of the Shield in a match against one another on the biggest stage of them all, to win the biggest title in the business. However, that€™s not going to be the Wrestlemania 32 main event. Forget about smokescreens citing movie scheduling conflicts and alleged issues with Dana White refusing her permission to work with WWE€ It€™s almost a certainty that the baddest woman on the planet and one of the most famous athletes in the world, €˜Rowdy€™ Ronda Rousey, will be working the main event at Wrestlemania 32, teaming with The Rock to face off against Triple H and Stephanie McMahon Helmsley. Literally no one cares about the outcome of this match, but much like in Aliens Vs. Predator: whoever wins, we all lose. To make it less of an insurance issue for Rousey and to make it easier for White to agree to the match, it€™s more likely to be a I€™m-in-your-corner situation than a mixed tag. But a match like that, once agreed, isn€™t ever going to be on second to last. It€™ll be the main event or nothing€ which leaves our Shield triple threat in the upper midcard. Reigns should pin one of the others cleanly to win and cement himself as the fighting champion that WWE wanted him to be in 2015. Now, the way I€™d do it is to book Sheamus to tease interference during the match, intending to copy Rollins€™ own feat the previous year: but in a surprising turn of events, all three competitors stand side by side to face the contender off before he gets the chance to cash in his Money In The Bank contract. The moment gone, the match resumes and Reigns does his thing and wins outright. Meanwhile, elsewhere on the undercard WWE can always have Kane and the Undertaker in a €˜Loser Leaves WWE match if they like. It depends on how Calaway€™s feeling about retirement, really. Maybe throw him a retirement shower. Buy him some guyliner or some XXXL retro boxing t-shirts.
