There simply isn't anyone who would have the crowd behind them more opposite a heel 'Big Dog' than Daniel Bryan.
This would stem from Bryan claiming Reigns was never around to support him while he was dealing with all of his neck-related issues, while he was always there to show solidarity with Roman as he was undergoing treatment for his leukaemia. We saw this sort of thing recently between Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton, which hit home beautifully. Why would this be any different?
Just thinking about the pair's movesets, there is an abundance of ideas coming into this writer's head - a LeBell Lock to counter the flying clothesline, a Superman Punch to counter the suicide dive, a flying knee to counter the Spear, the list goes on. The latter of these would be the finish here. Reigns did something similar with Shinsuke Nakamura in the 2018 Royal Rumble Match - if that was anything to go by, it's that a knee always looks good against a Spear.
