Predicting The Next 10 WWE Universal Champions
3. Roman Reigns
Well, what did you expect. We have to keep it realistic, and realistically, Roman Reigns isn't going anywhere.
In typical WWE fashion, they'll likely have him try to seem like the underdog and have him go through both Finn and Samoa Joe to qualify for title contention. Roman and Braun have a long and painful past, so them rekindling the fire should be both easy storytelling as well as destructive television. The match gets set up for Royal Rumble 2020, and ironically fitting for the PPV, it will be Last Man Standing rules. After a hellacious battle involving lots of steel chairs and spears into announcers' tables, Roman manages to put Braun down for good with a Samoan Drop off of the stage through a bunch of tables. Roman barely makes his way up, but by the referee's count of nine, Reigns is the last man standing.
