Predicting The Next 10 WWE World Champions
5. John Morrison
John Morrison isn't just due a WWE World Title reign, he's long overdue one.
The 'Shaman of Sexy' has been pulling off feats in the ring that still manage to make our jaws drop and even though his current WWE run hasn't made the most of that talent (though you could say the same about his first), he's made sure that we've continually been talking about his in-ring performances.
It's outrageous that he hasn't managed to grab hold of the gold just yet but let's predict that this will all change in the very near future when he ends up winning the men's Money In The Bank contract next year. Morrison's performance at this year's WrestleMania was a reminder of how much he shines in ladder matches so it would be fitting if he were to grab that sought-after briefcase at the 2021 Money In The Bank event.
Whoever he cashes in on, a Morrison win would promise to take the WWE Championship in an interesting new direction, all while rewarding one of the company's most reliable performers and giving him the opportunity to shine that he should have had long ago.
So don't be surprised if he follows in the footsteps of his (former at this stage) best friend and cashes in on an unsuspecting champion...
