Predicting The Next 12 WWE World Heavyweight Champions
12. Damien Mizdow
Don't worry, this is a serious list, and while Damien Mizdow might stick out like a sore thumb, he really shouldn't! It wasn't too long ago that he was the "Uncrowned World Heavyweight Champion", something which was cruelly stolen from him in an exceptional match with John Cena on Raw. Sandow should have won that night, even if it had only led to a brief reign as champion before Cena took the belt back at the next PPV. Instead, Sandow was pushed down the card into a series of humiliating gimmicks which saw him dress up as everyone from Magneto to Sherlock Holmes. Was he entertaining? Absolutely. Was it a massive waste of his talent? Definitely. Sandow is without a doubt one of the WWE's most underrated and underused in ring performers. Pairing him with The Miz as Damien Mizdow has seen his popularity increase tenfold however, and though his story is being told in a very different way, the reaction he receives from the WWE Universe isn't all that different to Daniel Bryan's 18 months ago! If his split with The Miz is handled the right way and they find the right gimmick for Sandow moving forwards, there's every chance - however slim - that he could become champion.
