Predicting Where Every AEW Wrestler Will Be In 5 Years' Time

55. Jon Moxley

Feels funny to write about this, for obvious reasons.

Jon Moxley is a badass. He's hugely missed. Everybody with a shred of heart wants him to come back.

Hopefully, by 2026, he is healthy and happy. That's all anybody should want from him.

54. Jurassic Express

Jungle Boy will have captured the AEW World Title by 2026.

He possesses an ultra-rare, ingrained babyface charm, is a super worker, and has absorbed Christian Cage's lowkey badass wit tremendously on the back of yet another inspired Tony Khan pairing.

Luchasaurus meanwhile has a ceiling. Crowds are still popping big for his wonderfully incredulous act, but his body has already shown signs of breaking down. He will make a killing on the indie scene.

Marko Stunt's prospects look dimmer still. Christian Cage has effectively shunted him from the act altogether.

53. Kenny Omega

AEW

Kenny Omega worked his own explosive style perfectly well with no shoulders. He can adapt even if surgery doesn't restore his body to 2017 specifications. He's the most versatile pro wrestler of all time.

He's also fond of meta storytelling, which might indicate a future as AEW's knowing, winking, 'part-time' main event act in the modern WWE vein - only as a productive spoof in which he actually puts the new generation over.
