6. Chad Gable
American Alpha is arguably the best tag team in WWE right now. It’s a shame that they’re not given much of a chance to prove it. But they could experience tremendous success if they stick together and are given some time in spotlight.
In the long term, both Jason Jordan and Chad Gable are viable singles competitors with Gable having a bit more potential of the two at the present moment. He could really turn into something big in the coming years. He possesses a natural confidence that is hard to come by in wrestling, and he's improved by leaps and bounds in a short amount of time. If he continues getting better at the pace he's currently on, it will become impossible for Vince to ignore his talent.
Gable is like a young Kurt Angle. It’s not just that they have both have legitimate amateur wrestling backgrounds, but they both have taken to the professional wrestling business in short order. With that in mind, Gable seems likely to follow the Olympic Gold medalist's path by having a nice run as a pesky heel in the future, and potentially a run as a top-level babyface after that.
It will take a bit more time for Gable to reach the top than Angle, but expect it to happen within the next few years. Better be ready for it!
