Stephanie McMahon and Triple H will open up the November 9 episode of Raw announcing the WWE Championship vacancy and the subsequent tournament - an eight-man, one night, single-elimination affair that will be held at the Survivor Series. The participants in the tournament will be decided via a series of qualifying matches on Raw - with two exceptions. McMahon will announce that both Brock Lesnar and John Cena have been confirmed as competing at Survivor Series, and both men will be given a bye directly to the tournament - where they will face each other in the quarterfinal round. Furthermore, Triple H will serve as special enforcer for the finals of the tournament.
