Predicting WWE's Champions At WrestleMania 34

8. SmackDown Live Tag Team Champions - Kevin Owens And Sami Zayn

It is easy to see The Usos holding the blue tag titles for the next six months, so impressive have the twins’ performances been in 2017. Jimmy and Jey came out on top at the end of their feud with The New Day, a beef that featured great match after great match. The problem now is that the rest of SmackDown Live’s tag division is either stuck in Fashion File Groundhog Day hell or about to break up.

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are finally together on WWE TV, and dominance of SmackDown Live should be high on their agenda. They are the best tag team in the world after all, and what better way to show that then by defeating The Usos? In an ideal world, Owens and Zayn would both be holding singles championships come the Show of Shows, but I can’t see that happening.

Owens and Zayn will pick up the championships at the very end of 2017 or the beginning of 2018, and will hold them all the way until WrestleMania. Who will challenge them at the Showcase of the Immortals? That is an entirely different question - one for another day.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
