Predicting WWE's Champions At WrestleMania 34

4. SmackDown Live Women's Champion - Charlotte Flair

Charlotte Flair winning the SmackDown Live Women’s Championship has seemed like an inevitability ever since the Nature Girl arrived on the blue brand. Flair has challenged for the strap on a couple of occasions and has been unsuccessful so far, but WWE can’t keep the title off of the most decorated female performer of this generation forever.

If rumours are to be believed, Charlotte will be teaming up with her Four Horsewomen colleagues to take on the Four Horsewomen of MMA at WrestleMania 34. This is the biggest money match on the table when it comes to the female side of the roster. Much like the tag division, WWE loves to throw women into multi-person bouts at WrestleMania, with championships being ignored in the process.

Charlotte Flair is going to hold the SmackDown Live Women’s Championship sooner rather than later. I expect Carmella to cash in on Natalya at Survivor Series (WWE aren’t going to let the 20th anniversary of Montreal go by), before dropping the title to Flair in early 2018.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
