It's a beautiful match, almost flawless, full of twists, turns, close calls and false finishes, with a sneaky heel, an earnest babyface, and Beauty & The Beast on the outside. When Savage goes for that fateful bodyslam and is reversed by Steamboat for a small package victory, the thunderous pop from the 93,000 can still bring goosebumps to your arms. Many years later, Steamboat would recount how weeks before the show, Savage handed him pages upon pages of notes, laying everything out for the match move by move.
