4. Ember Moon - 6/10
Ember Moon was pushed hard on her debut in NXT and she's had the chance to really show what she can do with her recent match against Ruby Riot. Her amazonian presence and obvious athleticism make her a tempting choice as an addition to the women's division where she would cut a legitimately intimidating figure.
Her muscular warrior woman look is enough to build on, especially with some more distinctive writing to build her character into something the main roster doesn't have yet.
The spookier elements of her character could add some texture to the women's scene that is lacking, and the Eclipse is a finisher protected enough to continue to add some mystique to her in the big time.
Ember looks like a renewed challenger for Asuka's title and might be the one to finally usurp the Empress of Tomorrow, a potential step towards being built for the main roster.
