12. Chris Jericho Vs. William Regal (WrestleMania 17)

You know WrestleMania 17 was an otherworldly show when Jericho vs. Regal has to settle for the sixth or seventh best match of the night. While most storylines that feature one man urinating into another man's evening tea wouldn't hold much promise from a high-art standpoint, it's two all-around great talents kicking off the best WrestleMania ever. They can supersede writing. The only criticism was its brevity. At just seven minutes, Jericho and Regal packed in a story that could have survived twice the length if stretched out. Alas, it was a fine party-starter. It should be noted that of the six title matches on the night, this was the only one where the gold did not change hands, as Jericho retained with the Lionsault.
