19. JBL Vs. Rey Mysterio (WrestleMania 25)
The only WrestleMania Intercontinental title match during a ten year stretch (the lone bout between March 2002 and April 2012) lasted all of 21 seconds, and yet had a double-nobility. For one, Mysterio dressed as Heath Ledger's Joker from The Dark Knight, and played up the role by handing out playing cards to ringsiders while licking his lips. The other was that it ended up being JBL's retirement bout. And what a way to go. Consumed by bravado, JBL falls victim to a head kick, a 619, and the diving splash in near-record time. Between this match being cut short, and the Tag Team title unification match being relegated to the pre-show without warning, it's little wonder the belts lost their value.
