Ranking All 30 Of The Undertaker's WWE Years From Worst To Best
9. 1991
The second year of 'Taker's career saw the heel monster stalk his way through a truck load of jobbers on the likes of Superstars and WWF Wrestling Challenge. There were, however, a number of highlights throughout including the debut of Paul Bearer and the beginning of what would eventually be known as The Streak when he defeated Jimmy 'Superfly' Snuka at WrestleMania XVII.
The company's relatively sparing use of him helped in building that supernatural-like aura he still has to this day, and it paid off as he celebrated the first anniversary of his debut at that year's Survivor Series by defeating 'The Immortal' Hulk Hogan to win his first WWF Championship.
Sure, the supernatural gimmick limited what he could do in the ring, and his six-day title reign unnecessarily undercut his string of success, but for a rookie superstar in the early '90s, this was a revolutionary climb to the top.
